Why can't I see Icons, Sections, or Menus available in the documentation?

If you cannot see an icon, section, or menu referenced here in a documentation article, it is most likely due too a permissions issue.  The pieces and parts of the system you have access to are determined by your security profile.  If you believe you should have access to a specific section you currently don't see, please contact your organization's administrator to clarify or fix your security settings. 

Rather than not seeing a section, you may be able to click on it but get an "Oops!" error.  If you get this error below, it is also most likely due to permissions settings.
